Walking home that night, I kept turning it over. What did I actually do at that table? Not code. Not design. Not project management. Three things:
I decided to build it right now. Not tomorrow. Not after planning. Now. That's will.
I knew what good looks like. The difference between Stripe and a WordPress template. Between confident and desperate. Between clear and cluttered. That's taste.
I described what I wanted precisely enough that something else could build it. Not code. Not specs. Just clear words about what should exist and why. That's communication.
Not communication like "giving presentations." Communication like the voice in your head. How you talk to yourself when it's 11pm and you have an idea. Do you say "I should sleep on it" or "let's see what happens"?
That inner conversation is the whole game.
Everything else — the tools, the hosting, the AI, the frameworks — is infrastructure. And infrastructure is free now.
Auf dem Heimweg drehte ich es immer wieder im Kopf. Was hatte ich eigentlich am Tisch gemacht? Nicht programmiert. Nicht designt. Kein Projektmanagement. Drei Dinge:

Ich wusste wie gut aussieht. Der Unterschied zwischen Stripe und einem WordPress-Template. Zwischen selbstbewusst und verzweifelt. Zwischen klar und ueberladen. Das ist Geschmack.
Ich habe beschrieben was ich wollte, praezise genug dass etwas anderes es bauen konnte. Kein Code. Keine Specs. Einfach klare Worte darueber was existieren sollte und warum. Das ist Kommunikation.
Nicht Kommunikation wie "Praesentationen halten." Kommunikation wie die Stimme in deinem Kopf. Wie du mit dir selbst sprichst wenn es 23 Uhr ist und du eine Idee hast. Sagst du "ich schlaf drueber" oder "mal sehen was passiert"?
Dieses innere Gespraech ist das ganze Spiel.
Alles andere — die Tools, das Hosting, die AI, die Frameworks — ist Infrastruktur. Und Infrastruktur ist jetzt kostenlos.

那个内心对话就是全部。
其他一切——工具、托管、AI、框架——都是基础设施。而基础设施现在是免费的。
